Topics covered will include the history of the American Health Care system, evidence-based approaches to medical malpractice and pay-for-performance, and an update on the Affordable Care Act.

Our third webinar on the Evidence behind Medical Malpractice was held January 18, 2012. The slides of the presentation describing the 4 principles of a medical malpractice case and the evidence based for tort reform were presented. In the end, we recommend a cap on non-economic damages among other ideas as a partial remedy to the perceived malpractice crisis. A copy of the slides can be downloaded here.
